Favorite Part Of Your Shave

What is the favorite part of your shave?
Is it the Pre-shave Routine, the actual shave, the after shave or the finished product?

For me it's the finished product. The actual shave can be a relaxing time for me, but not all of the time.

I like the actual shave. It's the time of the day when I really can focus and relax.

I can't say any one part is my favorite. You know the saying the whole is better than any of the parts.
I wouldn't be a head shaver if I didn't enjoy the entire process from start to finish.

For sure it's the finished product. I just love the slick feeling when all is said and done and I am ready to hit the town, or go to work.

My favorite part is getting done. Originally it was cool shaving my head because it was a unique sensation but now? Not so much. I can't believe it, but I've performed the act of shaving my head nearly 1/3 of the total days I've spent on earth. That's a bizarre fact to realize. Anyhoo, at this time the thrill of the shave is long gone and it's nothing but a chore like brushing my teeth at this point. It's just a necessary evil in being the way I want to be.

The shave itself is a means to an end for me. I suppose the best bit is that first moment after completion when I know that the stubble has gone once again.

It's a chore, but I still get "some" satisfaction from a job well done.

I don't find headshaving a chore, not yet anyway.
I find the entire process enjoyable.

I enjoy the entire shaving ritual. One part leads to the next until you reach the ultimate finished product, a perfectly smooth head.

I enjoy the whole routine, but the smooth dome at the end is the big reward.

Lately, I've learned to slow things down somewhat. Savor what life has to offer, including daily chores like headshaving. So I take it easy and enjoy the entire process.
