I hate fitness programs, but this one by Beto Perez, is actually a fun way to work out.

This low impact form of exercise is just right for you. Get out of the chair and start moving those two left feet.

Agreed. Attended a Zumba Halloween Party on Friday. It was amazing.

Slim Jim Ain't so slim anymore. Maybe I should give this regimen a go. But with my 2-left feet, I don't think I'd lose much weight.

I am agree with that your work is keep your body in shape. But those who are not in shape they must do exercise. I think this is the basic key to stay healthy and also the best way to keep your body fit. You should join a gym or also can do cardio at home. And if you want to reduce your weight then must do cycling and swimming.

I agree. Keeping active is the key to good health. Any form of activity is beneficial. Cycling and swimming is an excellent way to work out and keep fit.
