Just came across this exercise regimen created by Shaun T. If you hava Kohls or a Wallmart near you, buy the complete set there. It's cheaper than purchasing it online. Saun has this to say about his workout program, Hip Hop Abs.

You can't get 6 pack abs, doing a hip hop routine.

You can get 6 pack abs following his other program.

Hip Hop Abs may be a good program for three fat chicks, but Insanity is the real deal.
Insanity is one of the hardest workout programs ever put out. Coupled with proper diet, you actually can achieve and maintain weight loss and muscle definition.
