Going to smoke a red snapper and make some blueberry schnapps. The rest is up to the "bride".

Re: Happy Labor Day
Today is the last hurrah for summer whites and flip-flops.
Seriously this day is more than just a day off with pay. Too many people take it this holday for granted. To them, it’s just another holiday, and they don’t think about what it really represents. It's a tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our country. With that said, be responsible and have a designated driver if you're having more than a drink or two before you hit the road.

Labor Day, ALREADY!!!!
The year's gone by way too fast.
I'll try to stop by more often.

Hi Soapbuddy, Funny you should mention apples. I just returned with my kids from the Asian market. They had the first apples of the season. We brought 3 lbs. of Gala Apples. Small in size, but very crisp and tasty.

I love crisp and a little tart apples. They make great eating apples. I eat apples almost every day.Rodger wrote:Hi Soapbuddy, Funny you should mention apples. We make cider with a mix of apples. Nothing like a mug of warm apple cider in the cool brisk fall months.
Now we'll settle for apple juice on ice!
