Easter Anniversary Sweepstakes
It's been a year since this forum launched. In honor of this momentous occasion, we're offering you our membership, a gift card to Macy*s if you identify this breakfast correctly.
This offer applies to the first two current members, to two new members that sign on today, and to two returning members.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
You must properly identify every key component of this breakfast to be in the drawing for this Sweepstakes. The offer expires at midnight Saturday. Good luck.

Re: Easter Anniversary Sweepstakes
I'll give it a go. I'll say that's an egg over easy on toast.

Easter Breakfast guess
It looks to be a Toad-in-the-Hole: bread with a hole cut out of it with an egg cooked in the hole. That would appear to be either a challah bread that you are using or perhaps a brioche.

That's a sunnyside up egg on a thick slice of wheat bread.

Re: Easter Anniversary Sweepstakes
From the looks of things, that's one uncooked egg yolk and a watery egg white.
My guess ..... a poached egg on Italian bread.

Re: Easter Anniversary Sweepstakes
Actually - upon further examination - it would appear to be a fake egg on a slice of poundcake. :-)

Ladies and gentlemen,
So many of you are so close, but yet so far. You still have the opportunity to fine-tune your responses. Remember the Anniversary Sweepstakes expires at midnight EST. Good luck.

I've come to the conclusion that it's not food at all. It's a mock-up of wood and plastic.

Re: Easter Anniversary Sweepstakes
The deadline has come and passed. Unfortunately no one has given a proper identification.
It wasn't egg and toast, but rather a peach half over yogurt on a slice of pound cake.
Stay tuned for our next contest, which will be coming up during Memorial Day Weekend.
Thanks to everyone that participated. You're the best.

Yogurt? Really? That must have been some artist that made the white edges look like that. I couldn't do that with my yogurt if I tried.
