All headshavers do not look alike!

So just as I was finishing my lunch these two pretty girls came over to me and asked me for an autograph. Why, cause they thought I was Russell from the TV show Big Brother. Do I resemble Russell? I don't think so. Why do so many people think all headshavers look alike?

Your picture is kinda small so that might make the comparison more difficult, but you two do seem to have some similarities. Those girls are strangers, right? It's easy to think two strangers look alike but then when you get to know them you realize how different they look.

Back when Chris Daughtry was on American Idol I had a full beard and people were constantly saying I looked like him.

Complete strangers. Anyway, I started watching episodes of Big Brother on In Demand. I can see some resemblance. But still it's mostly the bald the head that have in common.

Ah, don't feel so bad. If you're going to look like a bald guy he's a good one to be compared to. At least someone didn't say you looked like Elmer Fudd.

But the important question is... were they cute and did you get their numbers?

Sucks you didn't get their numbers, but it's still a funny story. How long have you been shaving? Were you around during the Chris Daughtry days of American Idol? I had a full beard that summer and people would often say to me "You look like that guy on American Idol"

Been headshaving full-time since March of this year. Sure I remember Daughtry. He rocked the headshaved look and got me thinking about taking the plunge. I was friggin' mad when he was axed. He should have placed first that year.



If memory serves me right the premature grey-haired Alabama homeboy Taylor Hicks won that season.

I remember he was my favorite from that season, but I forget if Taylor Hicks was in that season or not. I think I pretty much had my fill of the grand waste-of-time that is American Idol after that season and I only half heartedly followed that season.

Yea, he should have won, but it doesn't really matter. Once you get the exposure of getting so close you're ability to have a career is up to you at that point. I mean, has anyone heard of Taylor Hicks lately, or Ruben Studdard? I really couldn't believe Hicks won, I mean he'd be a great laugh at a karaoke bar (I make an ass of myself twice a week), but his voice is medicore and his goofy stage presence won't get people returning to your CDs and MP3s where they can't watch you making an ass of yourself.


As for the headshave, you made a wise decision! Here's hoping you continue and don't watch an old rerun of The Brady Bunch and get thoughts in your head of taking the plunge in growing out a great big perm.

Daughtry should have won hands down. How that goofy Hicks won, beats me. The last time I saw Studdard he was headshaved and promoting a diet. The American public got it wrong with those two. They have no future in the music industry.

From the looks of things it appears that Ruben's diet isn't working!

It's more than just what someone has on top. Headshavers run the gammut of the general populous.
Some are clean cut and ultra conservative. Some have multiple piercings.
Some have multiple tattoos, like myself. You can't make generalizations.

My wife says bald men come in different flavors. Some are more tasty than others.

My girl friend gave me an unexpected head-lick. It was just after a shave with Trader Joe's Honey Mango cream. She seemed to like what she tasted cause she made a return visit the following day. Proved to be a bad move on her part. Shaved with Noxema mentholated cream that day.

Had a few head-rubs. Never a head-lick. All my creams and soaps are foul tasting.
I'll put an extra application of coconut sunscreen and see what happens.

Scented creams are not the smartest choice during the summer. They attract misquitoes, and other flying insects. I'm speaking from experience. Got a painful bite on my head near my left ear.

Ouch!

Got bit by a lightning bug this summer. Twice no less. Once on my leg and then on my arm. Could have been the fragrance of Sea Breeze that lured them little critters to my skin? I'm going fragrance free until Labor Day.

It's quite possible. Lots of fragrances attract all kinds of critters.
