Going to smoke a red snapper and make some blueberry schnapps. The rest is up to the "bride".

Today is the last hurrah for summer whites and flip-flops. Crying or Very sad

Seriously this day is more than just a day off with pay. Too many people take it this holday for granted. To them, it’s just another holiday, and they don’t think about what it really represents. It's a tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our country. With that said, be responsible and have a designated driver if you're having more than a drink or two before you hit the road.

Labor Day, ALREADY!!!!
The year's gone by way too fast.

Hi Soapbuddy, Funny you should mention apples. I just returned with my kids from the Asian market. They had the first apples of the season. We brought 3 lbs. of Gala Apples. Small in size, but very crisp and tasty.

I love crisp and a little tart apples. They make great eating apples. I eat apples almost every day.

We make cider with a mix of apples. Nothing like a mug of warm apple cider in the cool brisk fall months.
Now we'll settle for apple juice on ice!
